Grand Designs House of the Year: concrete chill out house and pared back eco-home added to RIBA award shortist
A sculptural holiday retreat made entirely of hand-poured concrete and a pared-back eco-home built on a tight budget have been shortlisted for the Royal Institute of British Architects’ House of the Year award.
